I am switching from time warner road runner to At & t for my internet
service. Will I lose all my emails & folders in Windows Mail?

No. Time Warner Roadrunner uses POP email which gets downloaded
to your PC permanently. Those emails will stay on your PC even when
you quit your old ISP.
