I have a user that cannot complete the steps below because there is no mail
services under tools>options in outlook 2000 Small business edition

Change the Installation Type between IMO and CW
To change the installation type from IMO to CW, follow these steps:1. On the
Tools menu, click Options.

2. On the Mail Delivery Tab, click Reconfigure Mail Support. ( this tab
does not exsist )

3. On the E-mail Service Options page, click to select the mail support
option you are switching to. Click Next.
4. Read the warning message and then click Yes. Outlook will close.
5. Start Outlook. The Windows Installer will start and install the required
files.

What tabs does he have?
