Changing the Insertion Point Colour

I have powerpoint 2007 and have decided to use a background with a general
grey colour. Unfortunately this makes the insertion point cursor really
difficult to see. Is there any way of changing the colour of this so it
becomes more visible with this background?

I have it installed on Win 7. However, I cannot find it in my Start menu or
in Control Panel>Programs listing.
