Changing hte default zoom level for Oulook

In most of the Office apps, as well as in IE, there is way to magnfiy the
default text size, by pressing hte plus sign (or slider) in the bottom right
hand corner of the windows. In outlook this capablity is missing. I find
myself straiing to see the text more often than I would like to.
