Are you opening via an attachment in email or in excel? You will need to do
via excel and reattach.

I create the schedules in excel with the appropriate header and then attach
to an e-mail. She opens the file from an attachment in her outlook mail. Does
she need to save it to her computer and then open?

Sorry Melissa. I can't see what the problem might be. I can't replicate that
here.

Thanks anyway. I think the problem is with the settings on her computer. I
will be looking into it. I will post if I find the solution.
