Changing future appointments in a recurrence once it has started

Once the recurrence has begun, how can I change dates/times of future
appointments in a recurrence without changing the dates/times of appointments
in the recurrence that have already passed? Is tehre any way to make these
changes to future appointments as a group, or must they all be made on an
individual basis?
