Changing Forms (Existing Items)In 2010

I just upgraded from 2003 to 2010

In 2003 I had custom forms an used the "Existing Items Converter" COM
Add In to change forms to my custom form.

Is there such an option in Outlook 2010 to change forms (existing
items) from one to another?
