Changing fonts that display in address field

My eyesight is getting a bit worse the older I get. I have learned how to reset the default font for outgoing and incoming messages, no problem. BUT - when composing email, the default font in the address fields (to; subject; etc. ) are small and difficult for me to see. I like the overall screen resolution and would like to leave it as it is, but I want to find out how to change the fonts sizes in the address field.
