I just started having this problem in my Outlook 2003 templates. I've created
many templates and have to make minor changes to them occasionally. I use
Arial for my font, but all of a sudden some of my templates partially changed
to Times New Roman after I made changes to the templates. And I can't get
them changed back. When I go into the template to change it, Arial is shown
as the font but when I open it up after turning Microsoft Office Word back on
as my email editor, some paragraphs are in the Times New Roman font and some
paragraphs are in Arial. Any suggestions on how to correct the problem?
