Is there a way to make the font bigger and change the color of the text in a
message box when it's displayed?

Not in a msgbox.

But you could design your own userform and do as much formatting as you want.

Check out the ktMsgBoxAddin download from Colo's Junkroom.

Allows formatting of msgboxes, inputboxes etc.

I should say, ktmsgboxaddin creates customizable forms that serve as msgboxes
AFAICT.
