HOW do you change the font size in the large text box in an appointment
window in Calendar??

Also, it's equally difficult to change the font size in the large text box
of a "new contact" window in Outlook.

When I go to the MS "help" it doesn't even mention either of these!!! I
guess "help" doesn't quite mean help like it used to!

Even good ol' Google couldn't find anything on this problem... HELP!

Those are both controlled by the "When composing a new message" setting on
Tools>Options>Mail Format>Fonts

How does this change the calendar font? When I went into "Mail Format" it
changed the email settings, not the calendar.

The notes pane in all item forms is controlled by that setting, as I already
said. I tested it before posting. This is for Outlook 2002/2003. What
version are you using?

that setting applies to the fonts in all "message" (aka notes) fields.

its the same in 2007, although the menu names and dialog may be slightly
different - tools, options, mail format, stationery and fonts, new mail
messages.

If that's so,,,,, why are my email messages in #10 blue arial font, and my
calendar entries in very small, not arial, black font? They don't look
anything alike. Never had this problem until i "upgraded" to 2007.
