changing file associations .eml

's Computer Specifications

I cannot open videos with this file extension. Have tried everything that
help file has suggested, plus a few other things, without success. Does
anyone out there have the answer to this problem?
Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you

There is no video format that uses the eml file extension that I am aware
of.
