I want to print a report with a memofield. The field contains different
amounts of text. How can I change the field size according to the data amount?

thanks in advance for any helpful hint

Set the Can Shrink and Can Grow properties to yes.

thanks for your fast answer, but that is not working....not with Acc 2000..
The field (actually two fields) always remain the same size...

Thanks for your fast answer, but it is not working. The two fields always cut
of some text.

Well, I have found the answer, somehow unexpected.
I was collecting the data with a query, when using <distinct> within the
query, the memo field data are truncated. Therefor they couldn't be
displayed. Now it is working.
Wonder whether there is a workaround to hinder ACC 2000 to truncate the data
in the first place.
