I want to change a color to a specific element within a theme. For example,
if you pick the ARCS theme the arcs that are used for the navigation bars are
defaulted to specific colors namely gold and another is blue. I need to
change these colors. How can I do that?

If you mean the graphics, you have to save them to disk, modify them in your
picture editor, then modify the Theme to use the new graphics, save the Theme
udne a new name, and apply the newly-named Theme.

Modify the Theme. Create new images with the wanted colors. Save the
Theme under a new name.
