Open regedit,
Backup your registry
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\MountedDevices
Find the key marked \DosDevices\C:, right click and rename to an unused
letter.
Find your drive letter, (J

and right click it, rename it to \DosDevices\C:
However, in your scenario, this is unlikely to work as a LOT of other stuff
will now be referencing your J: drive. I just thought I would throw this
into the mix.
If you are not comfortable with the registry, do not try this but get an
experienced engineer to do it.
