We have quite a few users who are always traveling/working from home on company provided laptops. When they access the system over dialup they are prompted to change their passwords which goes fine. The problem comes when they logoff their passwords are not being sync'd with their local profile. IE when they boot back up and login with Userid/domain the password is still the old password and they have to manually change this. Obviously we would rather not have to do this extra step?
Has anyone seen this and have a way to overcome this problem?
