Hi,
Could someone let me know how to change the path of docuemnt and
settings folder in order to use another drive.

If you mean on a client computer, what I do is right-click "My
Documents" on the desktop and then choose "Properties", and enter the
drive and path. It will offer to "move" all the old documents; I usually
choose "Yes" because it will keep things like "My Pictures" in the tree
and update the registry accordingly (user shell folders).

I often wonder how this would pan out with GPO? You could set a GPO to a
new location, but the computer can't ask you if you want to move
existing docs (can it?)...

Hang on, after reading this again, you probably are not referring to
moving the user's documents. Instead you want to move the WHOLE of that
folder on a client computer to a new drive?

I'd say "don't do it".
