how do i globaly set all contacts to be displayed
by "Company Name" (instead of "Name") in the list of
recipients when i send a fax from my computer?

Displayed where and in what version of Outlook and fax?

Outlook 2000, and the display name is when i try to make a
fax out from my computer.

Since these are existing Contacts, you'd have to use code to set the File
As... fields globally.
