In Windows Mail, go to Tools > Accounts > Select your mail account >
Properties.

You can change your name and email address in there. It will reflect the
changes when you send out emails.

In Windows Mail go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account,
Properties, on the General tab change the Name field as desired.

No. Not possible in *any* mail program, because the display name
is used in the 'From' header. Headers are required to be in plain text.
