I have a website in which I frequently copy and past data from an excel
spreadsheet. After I paste into Frontpage 2003 I have to change the Default
Table properties each time. ie Alignment, border size and color, and
background color.

When I update my site I have about 15 tables I need to copy and paste from
Excel so it gets time consuming to have to edit the table properties each
time.

The "Set as default for new tables" does not maintain my preferences. (i
think because i delete my old table and insert a new on each time)

Anyway to chance the dafault properties premantly, or any other suggestions?

No
The default table settings are only for table created in FP using Insert Table
- not for pasting from another app
