Changing Default Reminder to Week or greater

Using Outlook 98 with Exchange 5.5:
By default reminders are anywhere from 5 mins to 2 days. Is there a
way to change the reminder to greater than 2 days? A user noticed
that when the reminder actually pops up it gives the option to snooze
for a week or even two weeks-i've never noticed this before. So does
anyone know if there is a way to change this default reminder time?

Thanks
