I'm fairly certain it's hard-coded, but there are plenty of add-ins available
for stripping message attachments that could be used to this effect.

See www.slipstick.com for links to some of the add-ins, unfortunately I
don't know any of them well enough to give a recommendation, but I'd be
surprised if some of them didn't have configurable filenames.
