For some reason everytime I open a folder it defaults to thumbnail
view. I hate this. How can I change the default view style back to
large icons? I can change individual folders but can I change them all
at once?

Win2k, sp4

Set the view to be how you want then goto to the menu bar
Tools
Folder Options
View
Apply to All Folders

Hey - you took the time to help, the least I can do is take the time to
acknowledge it. It's what makes usenet work for all of us, no? Thanks
again.
