2 email accounts, a http (default x @msn.com) and a pop3 account.
The msn account was set up first then the pop3 account added. When outlook
opens it defaults to the pop3 account, "INBOX" folder in personal folders
which only has the pop3 inbox. When I go to options, email, data files, I dont
have the option to change defaults, the http account default button is grayed
out. Can I add the http inbox to the pops inbox so it shows both?

No, HTTP based accounts require their own folder set.

So there's no way to make the http inbox the default?

No, but when using the Outlook Connector you can set it as the default
startup folder.
