Is it possible to change the default setting of "File As" when generating a
lot of contact files. I would like the File As to be a company name not an
individuals name.
I import my contacts into to outlook from another program that will not
synch with outlook. I know this crazy but.... I do this monthly to get the
updates that have been generated in the other program. I import about 7,000
contacts, so it is not practical to change the File As on an individual
basis, as described in the Microsoft book on outlook.
Can anybody help me...Thank you.
