Changing Default "Documents & Settings" location

Need to change the default root\Documents and Settings
location to a X:\Default and Settings. Root drive fills
up to fast even at a 10 GB size, also allows for easier
backup operations. Any ideas/suggestions how to
configure, either with unattend.txt or after installation?
