Changing Data from the web site

I use Front Page and Acess 2002 to collect data from various people. If a
person wants to correct an error in the data that he has previously entered
or needs to change his contact info, is there a way for this person to do it
himself? Right now, this person has to email me the info and then I have to
change it...very time consuming.
