I'm a new brand new user of Outlook 2003 which is on a new PC running WinXP and MS Office 2003 Small Business.
Old system has Outlook 2000 as part of Office 2000 Premium.

I'm looking for an MS Article or some steps to make the transition as smooth as possible. I'm looking to migrate: folders, contacts, rules (if possible), and other settings. Now, I realize that WinXP has a wizard for bringing over "email." But, I'm assuming that's for Outlook Express only. Appreciate any help.
