Please, can anyone help it is driving me crazy!!

I am trying to change the content of an Autotext called 'Signature' from
someone else's name to my name. I complete the procedure just fine, but as
soon as I close Outlook, or Word, the changes are lost and the old signature
comes back.

I'm using Microsoft Office 2003

Anyone have any idea?

I assume you are using Word as email editor in Outlook. Autotext is
stored in Word's normal.dot template. Is Adobe Acrobat 7.0 installed on
your computer? If yes, then the Acrobat 7.0 Create Adobe PDF toolbar
add-in for Word prevents Word from automatically saving changes to the
normal.dot template. See
