Is their a way that I can change the size limit on an email attachment? I
changed it in movie maker to accomodate the size file to be emailed, but
Outlook will not let me send it.

You cannot exceed the limit allowed by your ISP.
You could try compressing the file or splitting the
file...but it may be best to upload it to a site like
one of the following examples. A link will be sent
to your recipients so they can download the files.
