When I email an appointment to attendee, how do I set the default not to
include the following:
- (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US & Canada).
- Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time
adjustments.

Short and simple is best, but this is how the message currently looks:

When: Friday, March 26, 2010 1:00 PM-3:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Time (US &
Canada).

Where: 4505 Capri Ct NW

Note: The GMT offset above does not reflect daylight saving time adjustments.

That is not controlled by the user.

Diane, Accepting the fact users can not change this behavior, are you able to elaborate a bit as to why this message appears on a calendar appointment? we are seeing this as well in my orgainzation and want to be able to explain to our users the reason it appears. Thank you in advance!
