Changing Administrator Password

Hi,

On changing our administrator password on the domain, the
account constantly locks out.

There is an entry in the system event log which states
that DCOM is trying to use the administrator account to
log on.

We have a policy in place where we state that any account
is locked out after three unsuccesful attempts.
