We are working on a presentation where ideally we would be able to
change a figure on screen and have the sum and total of a column change
number. For instance you have a table of figures that shows damages for
a year, divided by quarters. If we change the number for the 1st
quarter then on-screen, during the show, the number for the year would
change.

Is this possible without too much programming (meaning nothing more
than a simple vba or add-in), and short of creating something in flash?

Hi Cody,
That's a typical job for DataPoint. Look at www.PresentationPoint.com
to run a live information screen.
