Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to set up our exchange server
to automatically change the default availability setting for all the
users in my office?

Thanks for your time.

What version of Exchange and what do you mean by the "availability setting?"
It is a client side operation to set the availability so I tend to doubt
that you can enforce an Exchange solution. You may be able to do it through
a Custom Installation of Outlook - see the Office Resource Kit for your
version of Office for a quick peek at available settings.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Julie Morin asked:
