Changes to website won't publish

I have been using frontpage 2002 for my website with no
problems until now. Tonight I tried to make some changes
to a few pages - added a graphic to one page and updated
hyperlink properties on another(added a target to
existing hyperlinks). When I publish changes, both of
the pages I changed are checked to publish but when I go
to the internet to look at them they remain unchanged.
If I preview in browser, they are correct. Oddly enough,
if I go to another page in the site and from that page
link back to the first one, the changes show up but only
on one of the ones affected. I actually had both pages
working at one point, but went back to frontpage to
remove a graphic from one of them and when I published
again the changes were no longer there! HELP! I have
noticed before that if I delete a graphic, change it in
my computer where it is stored and re-insert it in
frontpage-the original graphic comes back up not the new
one. Please help!

After you publish, clear your browser cache and history
files and then open your web site.
If you change an image but not the image name,
and then open your site, the browser thinks the image
is already located in the temporary internet files ( cache files )
and loads it from there instead of downloading it from the server.
