That is not a Windows or operating system issue. Do a search on the
internet for "Translate Web Pages" and you will get information. Unless
the persons who maintain the site publish it in different languages you
will have to use one of the translation engines found in your search,
for example:
http://www.google.com/language_tools
http://babel.altavista.com/tr
http://tools.search.yahoo.com/language/
Sometimes when you do web search you will see "Translate this page" with
some of the results, you can click on it to have the page translated.
These translation engines will sort of do a half @ss job of translating
the contents, enough to permit you to get or piece the information
together. The translation is far from perfect and quite often the
results are rather hilarious.
