The color of linked text is controlled by the Color Scheme. If I knew what
version of PowerPoint you are using I could give you the exact way to access
the Color Scheme. Change the color assigned to "Accent and followed
hyperlink" to the color you want and then try clicking on it in Slide Show
mode and you'll see the color change when you return to the slide.
