Changed XP User Password, Removed Outlook 2003 password?

Been having a problem with a co-relation between XP and Outlook 2003.

The users are changing thier account passwords (On XP), and this in turn
cause the password in Outlook 2003 to be lost.

I know there is a plug-in out there that can allow the Outlook 2003
passwords to not change/remove. I have used it before, but cannot remember
where I found it at.

If someone could help it would be great.
