Changed time zones messes up all day activities

I have move to a different time zone and when I changed the time zone on my computer, all of the "All Day Events" such as holidays and all day workshops now span two days. they start at 1AM on the first day and end at 1AM on the next. Do I have to go back and reedit all of these events or am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately, that's the way it works. You might try temporarily switching
the time zone back to what it was before, then use the instructions in the
following MSKB article to change the time zone without changing the
appointment times:
