i changed the (open with) bit when you right click a file and now its all
messed up cant even do anything .... which one do i change it too i want it
back to normal since i clicked the (always use this) all my files are like
this one you see .... help ????

Have you tried a system restore yet?

You didn't mention what type of file you changed the association for, but
there are fixes for many of these. Until you tell us what one though, it
will be difficult to point to a solution.
