Safe mode menu wont have options like that,however,in safe mode menu,
select "safe-mode",enter xp as administrator,in xp,add account.

- Which OS do you have at what service pack level?

- How did you get to this point? Tell us a narrative, only you can see your
situation and only you currently know how you got here... I have no idea
what *you* mean by "I changed my Admin profile"...

If you mean you changed your administrative profile to a non-administrative
user - a quick question for you (answer this *after* you have answered the
two above - if it applies) - what was/is the username of the user you
modified?
