I mistakinly changed my setting from domain to workgroup and logged off now Ican not log back in. Can I my password to work to go back in to reset my machine?

I don't know how you would "mistakenly" remove your machine from a domain..
But you need to know a local account username/password are you are not
getting back in.

You could hack the admin password... Well, change it to something you know.

Contact someone you knows the local administrator password (your system
admin or IT department for example.) They can log in and put you back in
