We changed from Express to Office and now my email looks very different. I
am having no problem with that, but my husband has a second email address.
In Express we just clicked on "switch identities" to get his mail. Now we
can't figure that out. Thanks for any help.

You don't mention your version of Outlook, but you might see
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/olshare1.htm

You need to set up separate Outlook profiles for each user, and tell Outlook
to prompt for the profile on startup. Or, if you're using a multi-user
operating system such as WinXP/2k/NT, you can set up separate Windows logins
and get your own settings that way.

In either case, you will need two separate mail accounts (you're probably
using POP, right?) and not two 'aliases' to a single POP account.

To keep two or more addresses/Calendar/mail etc completely seperate, look at
Profiles in help
If on the other hand you dont wish to make use of the OL multiple functions,
and only want email. Then consider reverting back to OE

Outlook doesn't have identities. Instead, it uses constructs called mail
profiles. Ideally you should each be using your own Windows login, which
will keep everything completely separate and give you each your own mail
profile, but you can have separate mail profiles with the same Windows login
as well. Some good web sites to learn about Outlook are
http://www.slipstick.com/ , http://www.howto-outlook.com/ , and
http://www.outlook-tips.net/ .
