Changed Computer and Domain name

On my portable, I changed the computer name using the wizard. I also selected the option that has to do with "Network with no domain". When the system rebooted, I was no longer able to log in. I always get the message "The system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then type your password again...". I know tthe password is ok. I do not know the password for the ADMIN user. I am using another user name with Admin privileges. On the Log On window, the Options button no longer brings up a domain field
Please help me correct this stupid move

If you only know the domain user that has local admin rights on the
workstation then you are not going to be able to login without the ADMIN
password for the local Administrator account. Once you disjoin the domain
all accounts that are on the domain can no longer be authenticated
