I need to find a way to write a script that will change the name of the
computer, and possibly it's workgroup membership. I think I know how to do
the computer name, but I cannot find ANY information about where the
workgroup name is stored, or how to change it.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Open "system properties" click "computer name" tab.

Thanks, but that doesn't help me do it from within a script.
