Is it possible ? If so how to do it ?

I can't speak for /every/ security program out there, however, any truly
effective security program loads very early in the boot process, so
while your concern is justified, you need not worry.

The 'guts' of the program - the software that does the protecting - is
what loads early in the boot process. That's what you want to happen. On
the other hand, the user interface - the part you see - loads later,
after your desktop appears. By the time that icon shows up in your
system tray, your security software has been on the job for a while.

To satisfy yourself even more, write to your security software's
technical support and ask them where in the boot process the software loads.

In very basic terms:

I imagine that's already pretty much happening already; you just can't
tell because the icons in the system tray for instance usually only
appear when the programs are FINISHED loading entirely. As Leonard
said, parts of the programs install early and as you're probably aware,
programs are written in sort of "sections", meaning they don't all have
to load in one serial action. A piece of NAV, a piece of this, a piece
of that, oops, that is done loading, show its icon, now get a piece of
.... and so on.
As for the icon appearance, say NAV takes 10 units of time to get
loaded, but Adaware only needs one. Adaware will always appear to load
before NAV because even though NAV might start to load first, Adaware
only needs one unit to get loaded and thus beats NAV, even if it doesn't
start to load until say unit 8. I'm not saying those two apps DO load
that way, just that they MIGHT, as a demonstration of what goes on.
So, also keep in mind that these are not serial actions: It's not
load NAV, then load Adaware, etc.. There are many tasks all going on
at the same time, pretty much in parallel (or as close as a computer can
come to parallel), so you could have both NAV and Adaware being loaded
during the first ten units of time. In reality you could have many
things loading that way in parallel (multi-tasked). The shortest and
fastest to load will make it to the System Tray first as a rule,
followed by the ones that took longer to load completely. Sometimes
that's real world how they loaded, but most often it is not.

There is one program you could try that might help your loading times,
not necessarily noticeably, and is safe to use: That's ntregopt.
http://www.majorgeeks.com/NTREGOPT_d4824.html has it for downloading and
is a free, reliable and non-dangerous site. If you have another
favorite place to download from, as long as it's the same file, go ahead
and use it. Just be sure it has "nt" in the filename else it might be
the one for win98 and such.
It does not make any registry changes; what it does do is compact the
registry hives. There is more info at the link I gave you.
