I would like to know how can we change the password at the next log on at the
user own PC without going to the server to change it when we tick "To Change
Password on Next Log On" checkbox.

User PC : Windows XP Home Edition
Server : Windows 2003

Press simultaneously ctrl+alt+del\select change password\
both entries for local and for server passwords will be
available. Select (blue out) both icons with a computer and
a tree representing the server.
