probably, typing in "hcange name of domain controller" into google brought

im not entirely sure it is possible, as I've not really looked. It was jsut
an educated guess that you cant change a DC names, so demoting it back to a
win2k server would allow you to change it, then promiting it backl to a dc
with the new name. Assuming of course, that this isnt the only DC in your
domain!
