Hello..

i want to change the view of my inbox, outbox, tasks and some other
folders..

eg...i have added a user property called "Project" in tasks and i want it to
be displayed in a categorized view and certain fields are changed from its
columns.

I have found the View object in outlook 10 library, but i dont know how to
work with it.
i want the code for 2000, if someone can help me wiht it, it will be simply
great.

You have to work with the .XML property of the view. For sample code, see http://www.slipstick.com/files/dev360code.zip

There is no analogous object for Outlook 2000.
