I know how to change the view in the Inbox so your messages themselves are in
ascending order (oldest to newest received), but how do you change the view
of the contents of forwarded messages so when you open a forwarded message
that has been forwarded back and forth that it reads in ascending order, so
you don't have to read the e-mail from the bottom up?

You have no control over that. The person who sent it to you is the one who
arranged it that way.

Can you advise how I can set up my messages so when they are forwarded they
will be received in an ascending order? Thanks for such a speedy response!

Cut-and-paste is your only option without using add-ins. Outlook includes
messages in a way that condones top-posting.
